Is BET the New KKK?...Here's My take on Dr Boyce's...
Just read this article by Dr Boyce called ‘BET Has Officially Become the New and Improved KKK’..The title is no doubt provacative and so when I peeped it, I just new he was gonna go in BET executives and raise the level of conversation.
I gotta say I was disappointed.. The article focused on Lil Wayne and his lyrics and how he had gotten the most BET Award nominations of any artist....

Rents are about to jump bigtime in NYC & we have...
Watching how rents are about to go up big time in New York, some as much as $300 a month.. But don’t worry voting or not voting in the last mayoral election (22%) played no role in this..Bloomberg got elected to a 3rd term and then appointed folks to the Rent Guidelines Board who then in turn hiked rents..
Say what you will, this was a tactical assault on an already stressed...
